All of our meats are all natural. The American Black Angus beef comes from a line of cows which graze naturally without hormones or antibiotics. We also serve Berkshire pork and free range chicken.

Our seafood features Sushi-grade wild Bigeye tuna and preservative-free frozen shrimp.

We use a reduced (more concentrated) BBQ marinade, because we do not marinade our meats overnight as other Korean BBQs do. This allows the traditional flavors of Korean BBQ without compromising the natural savory flavors of the choice ingredients.
