All of our meats are all natural. The American Black Angus beef comes from a line of cows which graze naturally without hormones or antibiotics. We also serve Berkshire pork and free range chicken.

Our seafood features Sushi-grade wild Bigeye tuna and preservative-free frozen shrimp.

We use a reduced (more concentrated) BBQ marinade, because we do not marinade our meats overnight as other Korean BBQs do. This allows the traditional flavors of Korean BBQ without compromising the natural savory flavors of the choice ingredients.

Our goal is to serve our dishes with the best ingredients available to us. Great care has gone into using the healthiest, organic ingredients wherever possible and avoiding the use of preservatives or additives. All of our meats are naturally raised. All of our dishes, kimchees, sides, sauces, and dressings are made from scratch in our kitchen.
